    • We are the best looking people on the river! The Groundhog said to start getting the boats ready!
    • Night at the Races – Need volunteers for set up – Cathy Pendrick offered
    • Poker Run theme
      • Thinking about doing a Pirate theme so people will have an actual map to look at.
      • Need volunteers for this event
    • Dingy Run
      • Need volunteers  
    • Selling horses after the meeting
    • Voted to have the 2024 Christmas party at Louisville Boat Club
  • Safety
    • River is up and river is down
    • First ones out get to find where the trees are. Then let everyone else know.
    • Holding letter about the barges having lights,  a month or 2 for Homeland Security staffing to settle
  • Historian
    • Working on logos
    • Getting ready for night at the races
  • Old Business
    • Night at the Races is March 16 at KofC
    • Request made to update the website with all known events through end of year. No events past July are posted.
      • Poker Run is last Saturday in July
      • Dingy Run is last Sat in August, unless it falls on Labor Day weekend. Then it will be the weekend prior
      • KofC Corn Roast is always first Saturday in August

      • On hold this year. Maybe do in October at 12 mile or something.

  • New Members
    • Danny and Kathy Roth

    • Gary Pepper – Waterfront Park
      • Need Pig’s Beach to be an anchor for Waterfront Park. Need support from everyone.
      • Developing extension of Waterfront Park down by 10th street
      • Marina has been eye sore, never had money to spend on it.
      • Money allocated for docks, in process of cleaning and fixing up.
      • Starting to have live concerts in amphitheater at docks.
      • Docks are open to leasing. Only 1 permanent lease now.
      • Keep first 2 slips closest to the restaurant open for transient boaters and boaters coming in for food.
      • To spend the night, call the number down at the docks, They just ask for a contribution. Any money earned at the docks goes back into the docks.
      • June 7 concert with Tony and Tan Lines at amphitheater.
  • Good and Welfare
    • Split the pot:  Sold – $240   total , Winner- Smoky/Cher     – $120
